From the People We've Worked With

SK

Somchai Krairiksh

Operations Manager, Bang Na

"We brought Tindrel in to look at one of our import product lines that was consistently running late. The Snapshot Review identified three points in the process where timing was slipping — two of them we hadn't even considered as variables. The flow map has stayed on the office wall since the handover."

May 2025 · Logistics Snapshot Review

PT

Pimchanok Thongkam

Owner, household goods retailer, Samut Prakan

"The Supply Flow Improvement project took a bit longer than I expected because we had to reschedule two sessions, but the outcome was solid. Our ordering process now has a written routine and my team actually follows it. The lead-time table has been useful for the Songkran ordering cycle."

Natthapong Chaiyasit

Purchasing Director, light manufacturer, Lat Krabang

"We started the Advisory Engagement about eight months ago and it's changed how we prepare for busy periods. The Q3 review last year identified a supplier timing gap we were able to address before year-end. Worth the annual cost without question."

May 2025 · Supply Chain Advisory Engagement

WR

Wimonrat Rodpetch

Logistics Coordinator, food distributor, Bangkapi

"What I appreciated was that Prayuth worked in Thai with our warehouse staff rather than talking to me only in English. The team were more comfortable and we got more accurate information as a result. The documentation we received was also in both languages."

April 2025 · Logistics Snapshot Review

AT

Anucha Thamrongsak

General Manager, import retail, Bangkok

"We used the Snapshot Review first and then moved to the Flow Improvement project once we had a clearer picture. The two services worked well in sequence. The process documentation is now part of our onboarding materials for new operations staff."

March 2025 · Supply Flow Improvement Project

SL

Siriporn Lertchai

Supply Chain Lead, consumer goods, Chachoengsao

"Very practical engagement. No unnecessary reports or complicated frameworks — just a clear look at what was happening in our chain and a set of written steps we could actually follow. Our ordering lead times are now more consistent than they were before."

Situations We've Worked Through

Three examples of real engagement types. Client names and details have been generalised.

A Small Distributor With One Persistent Delay

Snapshot Review · 8 days

Challenge

A Bang Na electrical components distributor was consistently receiving customer complaints about late deliveries on one product line. The owner believed the problem was with the supplier, but wasn't certain.

What We Did

The Snapshot Review traced the product line from purchase order through warehouse receipt and dispatch. The flow map revealed the delay was occurring internally — between receipt and booking into the dispatch queue — not at the supplier end.

Outcome

The observations list identified a manual booking step that was being completed only at end-of-day rather than on receipt. A simple process adjustment, documented and shared with staff, resolved the delay within two weeks of the handover.

"We'd been telling our supplier they were late for three months. Turns out it was our own process. Embarrassing, but better to know." — Operations owner

A Retail Operation Preparing for Seasonal Scale-Up

Flow Improvement · 6 weeks

Challenge

A household goods retailer in Samut Prakan had doubled its product range over two years without updating its ordering or storage processes. Year-end stockouts were becoming common and the team had no clear routine for planning ahead.

What We Did

The Flow Improvement Project mapped ordering, storage allocation, and dispatch across the full product range. We ran two test cycles of an adjusted reorder routine with the purchasing team before finalising the documentation.

Outcome

A documented ordering routine, a storage allocation guide, and a lead-time table covering 12 key suppliers. The following year-end period ran without stockouts on the high-velocity lines. The rollout outline was used to brief a new purchasing assistant.

"We had the knowledge in people's heads. Tindrel helped us get it written down in a form we could actually use." — Business owner

A Growing Manufacturer With Increasing Supplier Complexity

Advisory Engagement · Ongoing

Challenge

A light manufacturer in the Lat Krabang industrial area had added six new suppliers over two years. Managing lead times, minimum orders, and payment terms across the combined supplier base had become difficult, particularly around Q1 and Q3 demand peaks.

What We Did

The Advisory Engagement began with a baseline review of the full supplier network. Quarterly sessions have since focused on forward planning: reviewing upcoming demand, identifying potential supplier pressure points, and adjusting inventory targets accordingly.

Outcome

After two quarterly cycles, the purchasing team has a supplier calendar and a set of planning triggers they use independently. The advisory sessions are now primarily used for emerging issues rather than general orientation — which is where they work best.

"Having someone external who already understands our chain means our planning sessions are much more focused than they used to be." — Purchasing Director
