Is Your Chain Running as Smoothly as It Could?
A short conversation often reveals where the friction is. Reach out and we'll figure out together which type of engagement makes sense for your situation.
— Why Tindrel
Practical by Design
We focus on the operational side of supply chains, not abstract models. Everything we produce is built to be used by your team day-to-day.
Visible Flow Maps
Every engagement produces a clear picture of how goods and information move through your operation, so decisions are grounded in what's actually happening.
Team-Side Working
We work alongside your operations staff rather than issuing reports from a distance. The outcome belongs to your team, not a consultant's filing cabinet.
Proportionate Scope
Engagements are matched to your actual size and situation. Small distributors aren't billed for enterprise-level overhauls they don't need.
Documented Outcomes
Each project ends with written records your team can refer to: process guides, rollout outlines, and decision notes — not just a verbal debrief.
Seasonal Awareness
Thai distribution patterns shift with holidays, harvest cycles, and regional demand peaks. Our advisory work accounts for those rhythms rather than ignoring them.
Clear Pricing
Each service has a stated price in Thai Baht. No hidden add-ons, no surprise invoices. You know the cost before any work begins.
— Common Questions
What People Usually Ask
What kinds of businesses do you typically work with?
Most of our work is with small to mid-sized distributors, retailers, and light manufacturers in Thailand. We're comfortable working in Thai and English, and we understand local supplier dynamics in the Bangkok metro and surrounding regions.
How long does a Logistics Snapshot Review typically take?
Usually between five and ten working days from the point we have access to your documents and can speak with the relevant staff. The output is a flow map and written observations list, not an extensive report.
What does the Supply Flow Improvement Project involve on our side?
Your operations staff need to be available for a few working sessions — typically two to four across the engagement. We adjust to your team's schedule and avoid creating additional administrative burden. The documentation we produce is meant to be handed over cleanly at the end.
Is the Advisory Engagement a fixed contract or rolling?
The Advisory Engagement is structured around an annual cycle with quarterly check-ins, but we can discuss the arrangement that fits your planning horizon. The pricing stated (฿34,000) covers the annual engagement. We're happy to outline the scope before any commitment is made.
Do you work across Thailand or only in Bangkok?
Our office is in Bang Na, Bangkok, and most of our in-person work is in the greater Bangkok area. For clients elsewhere in Thailand, we conduct sessions remotely and visit on-site when the scope warrants it. Please ask us about your specific location when you reach out.
How do we begin — what does the first step look like?
Send us a message or call us directly. We'll arrange a short introductory call — usually 20 to 30 minutes — to understand your situation and confirm which service fits best. There's no obligation attached to that conversation.
